• As Member Secretary of Town Planning Authority, of Mysore City Planning Area, Mysore and Hubli-Dharwad Planning Area, Hubli – Dharwad, involved in the preparation of local area plans and Master Plans and in the enforcement of these Plans and the Regulations, approved.

• As Deputy Director of Town Planning, Hospet prepared Regional Development Plan for the Tungabhadra Valley Region and also the District Development Plan of erstwhile Raichur District.

• Worked as Town Planner Member of Mysore Urban Development Authrority, when this Authority was constituted in 1988 in the enforcement of the Master Plan and the Regulations for Mysore.

• As Head of the Planning Section in Karnataka Housing Board, during the period 1992 to 1997 was instrumental in the preparation and monitoring of Housing Schemes, in the State.

• As Head of the Department of Town Planning during 1998 and 1999, was directly associated with the activities pertaining to Planning and Development of human settlements in the State and in the enforcement of the Planning Legislations.

Working with the Lokayukta Institution as Vigilance Director (Urban Development), on Honorary basis.

Complaints and matters related to the Provisions of Local Bodies’ Acts and the Planning Legislations and issues pertaining to violations of Master Plans, Schemes and major developments are Investigated and Reports prepared.
